AEW Collision Spoilers For July 1
The July 1 episode of AEW Collision was taped on Thursday night in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

MJF defeated Kip Morst
- MJF won via submission with The LeBell Lock. He cut a promo about working on his day off before mocking the fans. MJF then said he’d beat anyone from Hamilton right now. An unnamed wrestler made his way out to the stage, but Ethan Page pushed past him and went to the ring. Page cut a promo about how most people forgot what he can do, so he’s about to show them all. Page talked trash and eventually got MJF to put his title on the line.

- The hometown crowd was really behind Page. MJF ultimately won by pinfall after hitting a piledriver and hooking the ropes for leverage.
Owen Hart Foundation Tournament First Round: Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Dustin Rhodes
- Hobbs won with a spinebuster to advance in the tournament
Miro defeated Anthony Henry
- Miro won via submission
Tony Schiavone interviewed Bullet Club Gold. The group found out they were barred from ringside during the Juice Robinson vs. Ricky Starks match. Jay White then said he had a message for CM Punk and mocked his ‘Best In The World’ moniker. White said Punk came back with a goodie in his bag and he’s mesmerized by gold, but FTR has their attention too. Punk, Starks and FTR appeared on screen and said they’d fight anytime.
Owen Hart Foundation Tournament First Round: Ricky Starks defeated Juice Robinson
Starks won via pinfall after a jackknife to advance in the tournament. Bullet Club Gold surrounded him after the match, but CM Punk and FTR hit the ring to even things up.
AEW TBS Championship: Kris Statlander (c) defeated Lady Frost to retain
Owen Hart Foundation Tournament First Round: Samoa Joe defeated Roderick Strong
- The match ended via referee stoppage after Joe put Strong out in the Coquina Clutch. Joe then attacked Strong with a chair, but CM Punk ran in from commentary and chased Joe away. Adam Cole also came out to check on Strong, who was assisted out of the ring.
